摘要
针对质量信息管理系统实施技术问题展开思考,总结、归纳了当前质量信息管理系统实施中的典型问题与现象,提出了质量信息管理系统实施技术体系的7层架构模型,研究了实施效果评价技术,给出了评价指标体系的参考模型。
The implementation technology of quality information management system was studied.A conceptual framework of the implementation technology was constructed with a hierarchical structure in 7 layers.The effect evaluation method was also discussed,and a reference model of evaluation index system was promoted.
