摘要
系统介绍了虚拟装配技术在装配工艺规划、装配精度预分析、管路与线缆装配、装配体物性建模、装配过程仿真和装配现场管理等方面的应用和发展,提出并论述了虚拟装配工艺规划的实现方法、虚拟环境下的线缆和管路的离散控制点建模及动态布局技术、虚拟环境下的带公差的产品建模方法和装配精度预分析等技术。指出虚拟装配技术能充分利用人的经验和感知,对减少武器装备的实物试装工作量,提高产品一次性装配成功率和提高装配现场的现代化管理水平具有重要意义。
The application and evolution of assembly process planning,assembly precision pre-analysis,cable harness modeling and routing,tube layout design and assembly simulation,physically based virtual assembly and assembly scene management were analyzed.The realization technology of virtual assembly process planning system, flexible cable harness modeling and routing technology,assembly precision pre-analysis in virtual environment were specially researched.lt was concluded that virtual assembly technology was an effective approach to reduce the workload of physical sample assembly,by taking full advantage of the experience and apperception of human,and as well as the improvement of the assembly successful rate and modern management level of the product scene.
