摘要
通过化学成分分析、金相组织检测、力学性能检测、硬度检测等手段对热处理后弹体坯机械性能不合格的原因进行了分析,结果表明:原材料中存在的粗大树枝状晶偏析缺陷是导致该批弹体坯机械性能不合格的主要原因。同时还针对原材料中存在的极粗大树枝状晶偏析缺陷,对热锻和热处理工艺进行了改进及试验验证,取得了较好的效果。
The cause of the unsatisfactory mechanical properties of the semifinished projectile body after heat treatment was analyzed by chemical composition analysis,metallographic testing,mechanical properties testing and hardness testing.The result showed that the defect of the coarse dendritic crystal segregation existing in the raw materials was the main reason.Then,forging and heat treatment processes were improved and verified to decrease the defect.
