用德尔菲法建立船舶行业数字化评价指标体系

Digitalization evaluation system for shipbuilding industry based on Delphi method

我国船舶行业的数字化[1]建设工作已取得一系列成果,有必要建立一套科学的船舶数字化技术应用评价指标体系,用以评估船舶行业数字化建设现状,并指导未来的数字化建设行为。由于船舶行业数字化建设涉及的内容及影响因素多,指标的筛选和权重的确定将直接影响评价的结果,是指标体系建立的关键。本文采用德尔菲法,客观、科学、系统地筛选指标和确定权重,最终指导评价体系的建立。

As the digitalization of our country’s shipbuilding industry has reached a series of achievements, it is necessary to establish a complete system to scientifically evaluate the current status of shipbuilding industry digitalization, and to guide the future investment into this industry. Due to the wide range of its content and the large number of influence factors, the selection of index and the determination of each index’s weight is the vital part of the system, which will directly affect the result of evaluation. Therefore, this paper objectively establishes the evaluation system using delphi method.
