摘要
本文主要针对数控车床加工过程中刀具形状的补偿问题进行了分析,主要是刀具圆弧半径补偿。针对刀具补偿相关实际操作中的容易出现的问题进行了讨论分析,并结合加工实例提出了解决措施,以数控程序说明实际问题。
This article analyses the consumption of cutter shape during the process of digital-controlled lathe,mainly the consumption for arc semidiameter of the cutter.It discusses and analyses the problem of cutter consumption which often occurred in practice,then puts forward the resolvent on the base of process intance and explains the practical problem with the digital controlled software.
