轻武器高强度合金钢零件温挤压成形研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对某型步枪零件30CrMnMoTiA高强度合金钢材料的毛坯进行温挤压成形的工艺应用研究,采用数值模拟分析对工艺参数进行优化,并经过试验验证,成功地获得了良好的温挤压毛坯件,实现了温挤压近净成形技术在轻武器复杂零件毛坯精化中的应用。 The warm extrusion formation for 30CrMnMoTiA high strength alloy steel blank was studied.The excellent warm extrusion blank was obtained through optimizing the process data with numerical simulation analysis and test proof.And the warm extrusion technique was appllied on complex small arms parts blank.
