摘要
本文介绍一种针对机械加工过程中,难以分离回收铜、铁等异种金属而设计的设备。该设备具有结构简单,操作方便,占地面积小,分选率高等特点。异种金属分选机的设计与使用,有效地提高了金属回收利用率,此项技术不仅适用于铜和铁的分离,还可适用其他有色金属的分离工作,此项新技术在生产实践中得以应用,并具有一定的技术创新性。
This paper introduces a in machining process, difficult to separation recovery of copper, iron, etc of dissimilar metals and design of the equipment. The equipment has simple structure, convenient operation, cover an area of an area small, separation rate higher characteristic. Dissimilar metal sorting machine design and use, effectively improve the metal recycling, the technology is not only applied in the separation of copper and iron, but also can be applied to the other non-ferrous metal separation work, the new technology in the production practice to application, and has certain technical innovation.
