摘要
在国外,火炸药行业所用的双螺杆设备都是组合式同向旋转双螺杆。然而,通过理论分析和实践证明,锥形异向旋转双螺杆更适宜用于火炸药加工,它不仅能满足火炸药的高扭矩、高机头压力的特殊需求,而且安全性也大有提高。在高分子材料加工中,易分解的聚氯乙烯也常用异向旋转双螺杆。本文介绍了异向旋转双螺杆的结构,论述了它的工作原理和讨论了安全性,列出了实验数据,证实锥形异向旋转双螺杆用于火炸药行业是可行的。本文还提出这种设备的进一步改进措施。
In other countries, the twin-screw devices used in the Explosives industry are modular co-rotating twin screw. However, the theory and practice proved counter-rotating twin screw is more appropriate for the Explosives processing. It can not only meet the special requirements of the high torque of Explosives and the high head pressure, but the security is also much improved. In the processing of polymer materials,the PVC of easy decomposition is commonly used in counter-rotating twin screw too. This paper describes the structure of the counter-rotating twin-screw, expounds how it works and discussed the security, lists the experimental data and confirmed the feasibility of the counter-rotating twin-screw used in the Explosives industry. This paper also raises the improvements of this equipment.
