摘要
微波毫米波组件中,为降低传输线精度,拓展环境适应性和提高可靠性,同轴传输转非同轴传输互联可以采用微型波纹管端接实现。由于微型波纹管尺寸微小,包括芯模制作、电镀、芯模腐蚀等工艺过程采用传统意义上的电铸工艺无法实现,引入特殊的"微电铸"工艺实现得以成功实现。
In the Microwave Millimeter Wave components,in order to reduce the accuracy of transmission line and expand environmental adaptability and improve reliability,coaxial transmission switch to non-coaxial transmission interconnection micro bellows can be used to achieve termination. Because of the thin size micro-bellows,including the core mold marking,electroplating,core mold corrosion and other processes,traditional sense of the electroforming process can not be achieved,the introduction of special 'tiny electroforming' process to achieve success.
