摘要
从分子结构上对PAAS的作用机理进行了分析和研究,并利用实验室静态实验的方法,对PAAS在化学清洗钝化预膜中的作用进行了实验和实际应用。实验应用结果和理论分析都证明了:在磷系钝化预膜工艺中加入一定量的PAAS,在一定条件下能够提高化学清洗后金属预膜的质量。
From the laboratory experime experiment molecular structure of the mechanism of PAAS analysis and research, and use of ntal methods static, PAAS in the chemical cleaning of pre-passivation film role in experimental results and theoretical analysis have proved:in the prefilming phosphorus passivation process by adding a certain amount of PAAS, under certain conditions to improveafter the chemical cleaning of metal pre-film quality.
