摘要
文中介绍了一种制备聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)的新工艺。通过正交实验,确定了该制备工艺的最佳反应条件和影响因素等。由此工艺制得的PESA较传统工艺制备的PESA的阻垢率提高了3%~5%,达到90%以上,制备成本下降了5%,具有明显的性价比优势。
The project studies new synthetic method of the polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA) by orthogonal experiment compared the several factors effect the experimental results. The results show the optimum experimental program. The scale inhibition effect of PESA was reached over 90%, increasing by 3 % -5 %. Production cost decreased by 5 %, having a significant advantage.
