成都市基层医疗机构病案管理人员现状调查

Current Situation Survey on the Medical Record Management Staff in Primary Medical Institutions in Chengdu

目的了解成都市基层医疗机构病案管理人员的配置现状并分析存在的问题,为提高该地区病案管理水平提供依据。方法通过问卷法调查该地区基层医疗机构病案管理人员的配置情况。结果该地区有51.85%的机构编制床位数低于50张,有11.11%的机构专职病案管理人员与编制床位数之比高于1:50,37.04%低于1:50;病案管理人中86.27%是兼职人员,多来自临床专业,其中医/药/技占55.94%,护理专业37.77%;以初级职称、中专学历为主,分别占61.37%、53.22%;81.97%无任何资格证,取得统计资格证的人员相对较多,占17.60%,仅有1人取得国际疾病分类资格证书,无人取得质控证。结论该地区病案管理总体水平发展较好,但也存在专业病案管理人员不足,专业素质较低等问题。

Objectives To understand the current situation of the medical record management staff in primary medical institutions in Chengdu and analyze the problems existed, so as to provide a basis for improving the level of the medical record management in the region. Methods To investigate the division of medical record management staff in primary medical institutions in the region through the questionnaire survey method. Results There was about 51.85% primary medical institutions authorized beds less than 50, 11.11% of institutions which the proportion of full-time medical record management staff to authorized beds more than 1：50, 37.04% less than 1：50. 86.27% of the medical record management staff were part-time workers, most from clinical professional, its doctor／pharmacy／technology accounted for 55.94%, nurse for 37.77%. Most of which were the primary title and technical education, were 61.37%, 53.22% successively, 81.97% without any certificate, only 17.60% got the statistical qualification, just one got the International Classification and Codes of Diseases Certificate, and on one got the Quality Control Certificate. Conclusions The overall development of medical record management in the region was good, but also existing problems such as lack of professional medical record managers and relatively low professional quality.
