临床路径科室综合评价新灰色关联分析

New Grey Correlation Analysis on Clinical Pathway Through Department Comprehensive Evaluation

目的对某院2015年实施临床路径科室进行综合评价,以提高实施过程中干预和监管的效果,为进一步加强科室临床路径管理提供科学依据。方法以科室完成路径人数为参考数列,以病种数、进入路径人数等为比较数列,运用新灰色关联分析对进入临床路径管理的6056例病例的相关指标进行分析。结果通过关联系数分析,实施临床路径管理排名前三位的科室依次为眼科、骨科和内分泌科,与实际情况相符。结论新灰色关联分析原理简单,算法便捷,适用于对开展临床路径科室进行综合评价,具有较强的实用性。

Objectives pathways, so as to improve To conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the departments which conducted clinical the effectiveness of the intervention and regulation in the process, and provide scientific basis for the further strengthening of clinical pathway management. Methods In order to complete the path number of department reference sequence, the disease species, such as the number of paths into comparative sequence, using the new grey correlation analysis to analyze the related indexes of 6056 cases of clinical pathway management. Results The results showed that, through the correlation coefficient analysis, the implementation of clinical pathway management ranked the top three of the departments in turn for the department of ophthalmology orthopaedics and endocrinology, accords with the actual situation. Conclusions The new grey correlation analysis principle was simple, the algorithm was convenient, which was suitable for the application to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of clinical pathway department and had strong practicability.
