2015年某院耳鼻咽喉科住院患者横断面研究

Cross-sectional Study on Inpatients of Otolaryngology Department of a Hospital in 2015

目的了解对2015年某三级甲等医院耳鼻咽喉科住院患者的横断面研究所用的各项指标,为耳鼻咽喉科疾病的防治与医疗资源的合理应用提供可靠依据。方法运用Excel表格对2015年耳鼻咽喉科出院的5726名患者病案的首页数据进行统计分析。结果 2015年耳鼻咽喉科排名前20位疾病病种人数占比为85.57%,病床周转次数68.21次,床位使用率116.86%,平均住院日6.02天。男性患者占比59.5%高于占比40.5%的女性患者。在年龄组中占比最高为15岁~44岁组为33.9%。实际住院天数中1天占比最高。结论耳鼻咽喉科住院患者高危重病种患病率高,多手术,住院时间短,病床周转率高,应该有重点的加强耳鼻咽喉科的疾病医疗工作,促进科室向高质,高效,低耗,合理的方向发展。

Objectives To understand the various indexes which applied in the cross-sectional study on inpatients of otolaryngology department of a hospital in 2015, so as to provide the reliable basis for the rational arrangement of the medical resources as well as the prevention and treatment of otolaryngology diseases. Methods SPSS software and EXCEL table were adopted to analyze the data in front pages of medical records of inpatients from the department of otolaryngology in 2015. Results In 2015, the top 20 diseases the department of otolaryngology was accounted for 85.57%, turnover rate of hospital beds was 68.21, the utilization rate of beds was 116.86%, the average length of stay was 6.02. Male patients accounted for 59.5% higher than female patients（40.5%）. In the age group, the highest proportion was middle-aged group 41 to 65 years old（42.2%）. The highest proportion of the actual hospital stay was 1 day. Conclusions The inpatients in the otolaryngology department had characters such as critically ill,multiple operation, short hospitalization time and high bed turnover rate, we should strengthen the medical work of otolaryngology department and promote it high quality, high efficiency, low cost and reasonable development.
