护理心理学教学对护患关系的效果评价 被引量:7

Effect Evaluation of Teaching Nursing Psychology on the Nurse-patient Relationship

摘要 目的通过护生学习护理心理学,评价对改善护患关系的教学效果。方法选取2016级护理大专班学生45名,采用《护理心理学》常规授课方式,3个月学习前后护生评价护患关系量表及考核成绩。应用SPSS19.0统计学软件包进行配对t检验比较对学习前后护患关系量表评分进行的差异,对考试成绩和护患关系量表评分进行相关分析。结果考试成绩为87.6±10.5分。学习后护患关系量表中调节自身心理承受能力评分最高,为1.844±0.366;促进相关知识技能评分最低,为0.489±0.878。其中识别患者异常的心理状态、运用沟通技巧、改善自身不良性格成分、调节自身心理承受能力和完善自身心理素质较学习前评分存在显著性差异。促进相关知识技能和纠正患者不良认知和行为较学习前评分差异不显著。考试成绩与护患关系改善程度量表的评分呈线性相关。结论护理心理学教学有助于护患关系各个方面的改善,尤其在提高自身心理素质等方面。护生对改善认知和行为的技能方面掌握程度不足,今后的教学工作中应加强护生实操能力的培养。 Objectives After the study of nursing psychology among nursing students, to evaluate the teaching effect on the nurse-patient relationship. Methods 45 of grade 2016 college nursing students had regular classes of nursing psychology. They had final exams and self-evaluation scales of the nurse-patient relationship before and after three months. It was confirmed the correlates between test scores and scores of the nurse-patient relationship scale by SPSS 19.0. Results The test scores of nursing students were 87.6±10.5. After this study, scores of adjusting their own capacity were highest(1.844±0.366).Scores of promoting the knowledge skill were lowest(0.489±0.878). To identify patients' psychological, to use communication skills, to correct bad tempers,to adjust psychological capacity and to improve psychological qualities had statistical significance. By comparison,the findings had no significance on changing their incorrect cognition and the related knowledge and skills. The examination scores showed a linear correlation with the scores of nurse-patient relationship. Conclusions Nursing psychology had contributed to improving the nurse-patient relationship, especially in improving their psychological qualities. Nursing students had mastery degree deficiency in technical ability aspects such as cognition and behavior,so we should strengthen the cultivation of practice ability of the nursing students.
