摘要
二十世纪末 ,我国人口发展进入了以“低出生率、低死亡率和低增长率”为特征的“后人口转变时期”。本文首先对“后人口转变时期”我国人口发展的特征进行了论述 ,在此基础上分析了该时期我国计划生育工作面临的挑战 ,并对“后人口转变时期”我国计划生育政策提出了建议。
At the end of 20 th century, the population develpoment of China had entered into Post Demographic Transition period, low birth rate, low death rate and low graowht rate The article discusses the characteristics of post demographic transition period, analyses the challenge to family planning practice in this period. The author brings forward some suggestions to family planning policies in post demographic transition period
