2016年中国马铃薯生产继续稳定发展,市场价格维持相对高位但整体符合常年波动特征,国际贸易继续良性发展,同时也面临较大的自然和市场风险。建议持续增强生产能力建设、创新风险管控方式、健全全产业链信息预警、推动优势企业"走出去",同时加强科普宣传教育,促进马铃薯产业稳定、可持续发展。
China＇s potato production developed continuously and stably in 2016, the price remained relatively high with perennial fluctuation characteristics, the international trade maintained sound development and there were also some greater natural and market risks. The countermeasures were given in the article to promote the potato industry developing stably and sustainably such as continuing to enhance production capacity construction, innovating risk control methods, improving the whole industry chain information warning, encouraging the advantageous enterprises ＂go global＂, and at the same time strengthening the propaganda education.
