Influencing Factors and Improving Countermeasures of the Employment Satisfaction of "Farmers to Citizens" Citizen

提高"农转居"居民的就业满意度,是顺利推进新型城市化、构建社会主义和谐社会的关键。基于广州15个城中村"农转居"居民的就业满意度调查,探讨了其就业满意度的影响因素,具体分析了个人、社会和政府3个影响就业的因素,并提出相应对策。

To improve the employment satisfaction of ＂Farmers to Citizens＂ citizen is the key to promote the new urbanization and build a socialist harmonious society. Based on the employment satisfaction survey of ＂Farmers to Citizens＂ citizen in 15 urban-villages of Guangzhou, the authors discussed the influencing factors of employment satisfaction of ＂Farmers to Citizens＂ citizen and the factors affecting employment from individual,society and government, finally put forward some countermeasures.
