摘要
近年来,由于农业生产成本的增加和国内市场开放度的提高,中国农产品进口一直保持增长态势,国内农产品市场尤其是开放程度较高的大豆、棉油糖等,受到了国际低价农产品的较大冲击。同时,在国际贸易体制和政策日益规范的情况下,中国农产品贸易面临着越来越多的约束。研究了中国农产品贸易的新形势及对主要进口农产品的监管措施,并在世界贸易组织(WTO)规范的背景下,提出了减缓国际农产品市场对国内市场冲击的建议。
In recent years, due to the increasing cost of agricultural production and the higher openness of domestic market, China＇s agricultural products import has maintained continuous growth. The domestic agricultural market, especially the highly opened-market, such as soybean, cotton, oil, sugar, etc., has been impacted greatly by low prices of international agricultural products. Besides, with more standardized systems and policies of international trade, China＇s agricultural products trade is facing more and more constraints. Therefore, we researched the new situation of China＇s agricultural products trade and the supervision measures of main imported agricultural products, and then put forward some suggestions in order to mitigate the impacts of international agricultural products market on the domestic market under the standard of WTO.
