摘要
下岗失业人员也是一种亟待开发的人力资源 ,开发与再开发下岗失业人员这种人力资源 ,是深化改革 ,促进国民经济健康发展和维护社会稳定的迫切需要 ,也是社会可持续发展的要求。本文分析了开发这一资源的最有效途径就是再就业培训 ,指出了目前我国再就业培训存在的主要问题 。
The unemployed workers is a part of human resources and need to be developed. In the other hand, the re-employment of the workers out of job can bring a healthy development of the country's economy, and most importantly can maintain the steadiness of the society, which is necessary for the social sustainable development.Training is the most effective method to help them re-employed. This paper points out the main problems in the training of the unemployed and put forth some counterpart measures.
