摘要
以天津滨海新区某综合办公楼在基坑开挖时造成的预应力管桩大面积断桩事故为例,针对管桩和桩周土均受到很大程度影响的情况,对补强处理后管桩可能存在的薄弱环节采用高、低应变,单桩水平试验等多种检测方法对事故桩的完整性和承载力进行综合检测,验证了对缺陷补强桩采取多种检测方法综合判定其处理效果的有效性和必要性。
Takeing lots broken pile accident in foundation excavation of a integrated office located at Tianjin Binhai new area as an example, based on the situation that the tube pile and the soil are greatly affected, aiming at the weak links existing in reinforced tube pile,paper comprehensively detectives the integrity and bearing capacity of accident pile using high strain dynamic testing and low strain dynamic testing、single pile horizontal static load test and other methods, and it was showing that the treatment is effective and necessary for piles broken incident
