摘要
福建华电永安发电有限公司300MW循环流化床(CFB)供热机组,由于CFB锅炉具有的燃烧惯性大、耦合性强的特点,再加上工业供热且用户用汽量变化大、煤质多变的特点,使得现有控制策略很难实现机组燃烧自动控制,导致机组的自动投入率极低,机炉协调控制无法正常投运,负荷调节品质常常难以满足电网的控制要求。通过采用当前应用较好的先进控制系统,对机组燃烧及机炉协调自动控制系统进行改造,达到提高机组自动化运行水平、优化机组运行,实现节能降耗的目标。
For the 300 MW circulating fluidized bed(CFB) heat supply unit in Fujian Huadian Yongan electricity generating co.ltd., the existing policy for automatic combustion control of unit is difficult to realize due to the CFB boiler featured with large inertia and strong coupling, industrial heat supply, great steam consumption variation and ever-changing coal quality, thus, causing very low automatic operation ratio and abnormal boiler-turbine coordinated control. Besides, the load adjustment quality cannot meet the power grid control requirement. However, through adopting the advanced control system, the automatic control system for unit combustion and boiler-turbine coordination is transformed, to improve the automatization level, optimize unit operation and realize energy-saving goal.
