摘要
目前,基础建设与建筑行业的BIM体系应用,由于国家政策的引导推动和行业应用的效益、社会价值的体现,必然出现新的建设模式。在当前行业转型升级的窗口期,虽然受到软件技术成熟度等因素的影响,但应用模式和管理理论的研究正逐步加深。论文对BIM体系进行思考,希望能为BIM的发展起到作用。
At present, the application of BIM system in infrastructure construction and architecture industry, due to the guidance of the national policy to promote and industry application of the benefits, the embodiment of social values, there must be a new construction model. In the period of industry transformation and upgrading, affected by the software technology maturity and other factories,the research of application model and management theory is gradually deepening.Paper analyses the BIM system,hoping to offer help to BIM development.
