摘要
环境问题已成为制约经济发展的主要因素,为此我国提出了节能减排的目标。但目前我国节能减排形势依然严峻。截至2015年,全国能源消费总量达到了约40亿吨标准煤。严峻的能源短缺与资源矛盾浪费日益激烈,对于企业,尤其是高能耗的工矿企业,必须以科技手段实现能源的实时监测与合理配置。
The environment problem has become the main factors restricting the development of economy, our country put forward the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction. But energy conservation and emission reduction situation is still grim in China. Until2015, the total energy consumption of about 4 billion tons of standard coal. The severe energy shortage and waste of contradiction increasingly fierce, for enterprises, especially the high energy consumption of industrial and mining enterprises, must use technology to realize the real-time monitoring of energy and reasonable configuration.
