摘要
论文旨在合理控制混合炉加热温度,应用电力拖动自动控制技术和西门子PLC技术,实现了PLC模块化编程的转换以及PID控制管理,在PLC电力拖动自动控制过程,进一步明确温度自动控制系统结构,实现混合炉温度控制系统的有效控制和管理,确定混合炉温度的有效性规模化控制。在PLC和电力拖动自动控制阶段,提供更加稳定、经济高效的混合炉温度控制系统,尽可能减少电能损耗。
This article aims to reasonable control hybrid furnace heating temperature, apply electric power drag and Siemens PLC automatic control technology, has realized the transformation of PLC modular programming and PID control management, in PLC electric drive automatic control process, further defined the temperature automatic control system structure, implementation of effective control of the hybrid furnace temperature control system and management, to determine the effectiveness of the hybrid furnace temperature scale control. In PLC and electric drive automatic control stage, provide a more stable, economic efficiency mixed furnace temperature control system, reduce power loss as much as possible.
