随着我国经济发展步入新常态,作为拉动经济主要动力的投资和出口已经明显乏力。因此,通过创新创业和供给侧结构性改革而激发全要素生产率无疑是重要举措。消费作为供给侧结构性改革的内生动力,在推进和深化供给侧结构性改革中起着至关重要的作用。基于此,我们需要采取增加消费品种类多样性、激发企业消费品有效供给的创新活力、减轻企业税收负担、以"互联网+"的平台为供给侧优化结构指向、以绿色发展优化农业供给侧结构、以及提高城乡居民收入水平等措施来深化供给侧的结构性改革。

With the development of our country＇s economy entering the ＂new normal＂ period, investment and export, which as the main power of economy development, have been obviously lack of power. Therefore, through the building of innovative entrepreneurship and the structural reform of supply side stimulating the total factor productivity is a definitely important action. As the inner power of the structural reform of supply side, consumption plays a crucial role in development and further deepening of the structural reform of supply side. Based on the above analysis, we have to take some countermeasures to deepen the structural reform of supply side, including increasing the variety of consumer goods, stimulating enterprises＇ vitality of effectively providing consumer goods, reducing the corporates＇ tax burden, optimizing the guiding direction of the structure for the reform of supply side by ＂interuet plus platform＂, and also optimizing the structure of agricultural supply side by green development, and increasing the income of urban and rural residents.
