摘要 新型小麦井字型播种模式被证实具有良好的增产效果,但是,由于此种播种模式缺乏与之相适应的能够一次性完成作业要求的播种机械,试验点均采用常规小麦播种机具作业两次的方式,实现小麦井字型播种模式。最终造成小麦井字型播种模式种植成本提高、播期延长、操作复杂、播深不一致及漏播等问题,对产量产生影响。阿克苏地区农牧业机械化技术推广站与阿克苏金天诚机械装备有限公司开展技术合作,研制的井字型小麦播种作业机能很好的解决现有作业方式中存在的问题。该机具通过小麦条播作业和在条播行间进行小麦穴播作业的方式,仅通过一次作业便可实现小麦井字型播种模式,且操作方便,播种深度一致,下种量均匀可调。 The wheat parallel seeding mode has been proved to have good effect of yield increasing.However, lacking of seeding machine that is suitable for completing the operation requirment at one time result in increase of planting cost,extention of sowing date, complexity of operation, uneven sowing depth and leakage sowing, all these factors will affect yield directly.Aiming at these problems, agricultural and animal husbandry mechanization technology popularization station of Akesu prefecture developed a new type of wheat seeding machine in technical cooperation with Akesu Jin Tiancheng mechanized equipment Co, Ltd, this machine is easy to operate and can solve the existing problems in present operation mode very well.This machine can realize wheat parallel seeding mode only at one time through rill sowing operation and wheat hole sowing operation between sowing rows.This machin has characteristics of uniform sowing depth and adjustable seeding quantity.
