当前日本在美国印度洋-太平洋战略中的战略调整

Japan's Strategic Shift in Line with Americ's Indo-Pacific Strategy

进入二十一世纪以来,随着以中国为代表的新兴国家快速崛起,国际战略格局发生了快速变化。传统的以欧美为中心的全球战略重心逐渐向亚洲转移。而该崛起地区也以一个新的概念形式为各国政要和学者所熟知并重视——"印度洋-太平洋"地区。美国择机调整其战略部署,着手制定"印太"战略。日本在美国"印太"战略中占有重要的战略地位,而日本基于国家利益需要,在配合美国的同时对其国家战略作出调整。本文对当前日本在美国印太战略中所采取的战略调整进行了简要的分析。

As China and other Asian countries are rising in the 21st century,the international strategic structure has changed considerably.In other words,the center of the power structure is arguably been transferred from Europe and North America to Asia.Therefore,the concept of 'Indo-Pacific areas' has been used by politicians and scholars in the whole world.In fact,America is now adjusting its strategic structure,formulating the Indo-Pacific strategy.Japan,as a crucial partner of Americas Indo-Pacific strategy,is also reshaping its own national and international strategy in line with America.This paper presents a detailed study on Japa's strategic shift in the present time.
