Priority Sorting Method for Equipment Maintenance Task Based on Multiple Attribute Decision Making

摘要 装备维修任务优先级分类是进行维修任务分配与调度的基础。通过对维修任务优先级影响因素的分析,构建了包括装备重要度、待修装备修复时间、待修装备资源需求度和待修装备位置的属性集。针对属性权重确定时决策者的模糊态度,考虑维修任务对属性权重的影响和战时装备维修任务的实时性,应用一种基于犹豫模糊矩阵的权重确定方法,解决属性权重确定的模糊性和实时性。最后,通过算例验证了方法的合理性和有效性。 Equipment maintenance task priority sorting is the basis of maintenance task assignment and allocation. Through analyzing influence factors of equipment maintenance task priority,attribute sets including equipment influence degree,waiting-service-equipment repair capacity time,waiting-service-equipment demand degree of resources and waiting-service-equipment location are constructed. To hesitant attitude of decision-maker in group decision making,considering maintenance task influence on attribute weight and real-time performance of wartime maintenance task,an attributes decision making method based on hesitant fuzzy matrix is applied to solve fuzziness and real-time performance of determination for attribute weights. The rationality and validity of the method is verified by an example.
