浅析缺血性脑血管病与颈动脉病变的关系

摘要 目的:探讨缺血性脑血管病与颈动脉病变的关系。方法:抽选近期内某院接收的53例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究组,并选取同期在该院进行常规体检的50例健康人作为参照组。对这两组人员均进行颈动脉超声检查,并对比其颈动脉粥样斑块的发生率、颈动脉狭窄的发生率和颈动脉内中膜增厚的发生率。结果:研究组患者颈动脉粥样斑块的发生率为81.13%(43/53),其颈动脉狭窄的发生率为39.62%(21/53),其颈动脉内中膜增厚的发生率为92.45%(49/53)。参照组人员颈动脉粥样斑块的发生率为14.00%(7/50),其颈动脉狭窄的发生率为0%,其颈动脉内中膜增厚的发生率为11.32%(6/50)。与参照组人员相比,研究组患者颈动脉粥样斑块的发生率、颈动脉狭窄的发生率和颈动脉内中膜增厚的发生率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑血管病与颈动脉病变密切相关。临床医生应对上述情况予以关注。 Objective: To explore the patients with ischemie cerebrovascular disease in the new situation and neck vascular ultrasound clinical application. Method: Draw between September 2014 to April 2016 in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease hospital received 53 cases as observed in this study group, and select the earlier non-ischemic cerebrovascular disease as control subjects were 50 cases group, comparative analysis of two sets of carotid artery ultrasound results. Results: In the observation group, intima thickening 49 cases (92.45%), hypoechoic plaques eight cases (6.04%), echogenic plaques in 11 patients (20.75%), mixed echo plaque 24 cases (45.28%); between the two groups, the observation group in the carotid intima-media thickening of carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque incidence rate than the control group, significant differences between the groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Carotid ultrasound examination can confirm the inner membrane and neck arteries plaque, which may be imoortant as a method of diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
