摘要
目的研究氟比洛酚联合间苯三酚对尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后膀胱痉挛的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2014年8月~2016年8月在我院行TURP手术的患者76例,分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例),治疗组术后每天予间苯三酚联合氟比洛酚治疗;对照组每天予以间苯三酚联合曲马多治疗,两组疗程均为3 d。分析患者术后24,48,72 h内膀胱痉挛发生率、术后膀胱冲洗时间、总膀胱冲洗量、尿管堵塞率等及用药相关不良反应发生率等。结果治疗组在术后24,48,72 h的膀胱痉挛发生率、尿管堵塞率及药物不良反应较对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术后需要持续膀胱冲洗的时间、总膀胱冲洗量则明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛酚联合间苯三酚能有效减轻TURP术后患者膀胱痉挛发作的次数及持续时间,且药物的不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy and safety of flurbiprofen combined with phloroglucinol for bladder spasm following transurethral resection of prostate( TURP). METHODS Retrospective analysis was performed on 76 patients undergoing TURP in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016. After surgey,the treatment group( 38 cases) received phloroglucinol combined with flurbiprofen once daily for 3 days; the control group( 38 cases) received phloroglucinol combined with tramadol once daily for 3days. Patients in both groups were observed for the incidence of bladder spasm,postoperative bladder irrigation duration,total bladder irrigation volume,and urinary catheter occlusion rate,etc.,as well as the incidence of adverse drug reactions,at 24,48,72 h postoperatively. RESULTS The incidence of bladder spasm,urinary catheter occlusion rate and incidence of adverse drug reactions were lower in the test group than in the control group at 24,48,72 h postoperatively,without statistically significant differences( P〉0.05),while the postoperative duration of continuous bladder irrigation and total bladder irrigation volume were significantly decreased from the control group( P 〈 0. 05). CONCLUSION Flurbiprofen combined with phloroglucinol effectively reduced the frequency and duration of bladder spasm following TURP,with few adverse drug reactions,supporting its further clinical application.
