摘要 目的 TRPM8(Transient receptor potential melastatin 8)又称冷及薄荷醇感受器,是瞬时受体电位通道蛋白TRP家族的一员,参与机体冷感觉、痛觉、炎症反应、血管收缩与扩张、细胞生长增殖等调控。近年来发现TRPM8与肿瘤有密切关联,为研究肿瘤的发生发展、抗肿瘤天然药物的筛选以及肿瘤的靶向给药提供了重要线索,笔者就有关TRPM8的病理生理及调控机制的新近研究进行综述。 Transient receptor potential melastatin 8 (TRPM8), also called the cold and menthol receptor, is a member of TRP family,involved in the regulation of cold feeling, pain, inflammation, contraction and dilation of blood vesses, cell proliferation. It is found that TRPM8 has a close relationship with tumor, which provides an important clue for the study on genesis and development of tumor and the screening of antitumor natural drugs and targeted drug delivery. This review mainly concentrates on the regulation of pathological and physiological mechanism of TRPM8.
