摘要
通过对常规空气燃烧锅炉部分计算参数、公式进行修正,开发了新型的富氧燃烧计算模型。针对某200 MW富氧燃烧锅炉,得到了不同O_2/CO_2配比下绝热火焰温度特性、传热特性、锅炉效率以及辐射与对流传热的占比等;并研究了三原子气体份额、灰及焦炭份额和有效辐射层厚度对火焰黑度的影响,对掌握富氧燃烧锅炉热力性能及锅炉设计具有指导意义。
Through the calculation method and formula of conventional air combustion boiler amender, including radiation heat transfer and convection heat transfer calculation method and formula, a novel oxygen fuel combustion calculation method was developed. According to a 200MW oxygen fuel combustion boiler, the characteristics of adiabatic flare temperature, heat transfer, the boiler efficiency, and the ratio of radiation heat absorption to convection heat absorption were obtained. In addition, the effect of the riatomic flue gas share, ash, the coke share, and the effective radiation layer thickness on the flame emissivity was researched, which has guiding significance on thermodynamic properties and boiler design.
