摘要
内壁堆焊层的超声检测,尤其是表面未经加工的第一层堆焊层(厚度约为3~4 mm)的检测成为超声检测的难点,而内壁堆焊缺陷的危害性巨大。为解决这一问题,对薄壁堆焊层的超声检测方法进行了分析,主要从探头的选取、灵敏度的设置、试块的设计等方面进行研究,通过在堆焊层试块上应用双晶纵波直探头技术进行检测。结果表明:超声检测可以检测出薄壁堆焊层的缺陷,其研究结果对薄壁堆焊层超声检测提供了重要参考,同时也为制造过程中制定相关检测方案提供一定的依据。
The ultrasonic testing of inner wall cladding, especially for the first layer of clad- ding that the surface without machining and thickness is 3-4 mm, the testing is difficult, and the defects of the inner wall surfacing have great harm. In order to solve this problem, this article analyzed the method of ultrasonic testing for the thin cladding, and studied in the probe selection, sensitivity setting, and specimen designing etc., tested on surfacing layer specimen by using double crystal longitudinal transducer detection technology. The results showed that the ultrasonic testing can detect the defects of thin-wall cladding, the results is an important reference for the ultrasonic testing of thin cladding , as well as provide a basis for making relevant detection plan of manufacturing process.
