北合欢质量控制探讨

摘要 目的提高北合欢中药材的质量控制标准。方法增加薄层色谱鉴别方法;槲皮素、山柰素的HPLC含量测定方法,色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50),流速1.0m L/min,检测波长360nm。结果薄层色谱图斑点显色清晰,色谱分离良好;槲皮素在进样量0.001~1μg、山柰素在进样量0.005~10μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,y=3847.7x+0.4811(r=1.0000)、y=4329.5x+84.852(r=0.9998);平均回收率96.4%(RSD 1.7%)。结论本研究为提高北合欢药材质量标准提供了参考。 Objective To improve the quality control standard of medicinal materials in North Hohuan. Methods TLC identification method was added. That was HPLC method for th.e determination of content of quercetin and kaempferol, chromatographic column agilent zorbax eclipse plus C18(5 μm, 4.6mm ×250mm), mobile phase methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid solution(50 : 50), current speed 1.0ml/min -1, and detection wavelength 360nm. Results The TLC spots were clear, and it had good chromatographic separation. The. amount of quercetin was 0.001 to 1 g. Kaempferol was in the sample volume of 0.005 - 10 g. And They had good linear relationship with peak area, that were y=3847.7x+0.4811(r=1.0000), y=4329.5x+84.852(r=0.9998). The average recovery was 96.4%(RSD = 1.7%). Conclusion This study provides a reference for improving the quality standard of North Hohuan.
