摘要
目的建立利心丸中的防己诺林碱含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Inertsil ODS-3(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-水-二乙胺(52∶20∶28∶0.08)为流动相,检测波长:282nm,流速:1.0mL/min。结果己诺林碱在0.1617~0.9702μg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996;平均加样回收率是98.50%,RSD=1.26%。结论方法操作简便,专属性强,准确度高,可用于利心丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method for the determination of Fangchinoline in Lixin pills. Methods HPLC method was used. Column： Agilent, Inertsil ODS-3 （5 μm,4.6mm × 250mm）, solutionmethanol-acetonitrile- water-diethylamine （52 ： 20 ： 28 ： 0.08）, Detection wavelength：282 nm, rate： 1.0mL/min. Results The linear ranges of Fangchinoline were 0.1617-0.9702-Lg （r=0.9996）. The average recoverys were 98.50%, RSD=1.26%. Conclusion The method is simple, specific, accurate and reliable, and it can be used for the quality control of the Lixin pills.
