前列地尔注射剂治疗心脏微血管型心绞痛的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of alprostadil injection in treatment of cardiac microvascular angina

目的临床观察前列地尔注射剂用于心脏微血管型心绞痛治疗,患者疾病发病次数、症状改善情况。方法本次研究对象为2015年4月~2016年5月期间我院门诊收治的110例心脏微血管型心绞痛患者,以随机数字表法将患者分为一般组、观察组,每组55例。其中一般组遵医嘱行常规用药,观察组加用前列地尔注射剂,检测用药前后患者血管内皮功能,对治疗前后患者发病、症状改善情况记录比较,评估疾病治疗效果。结果观察组症状缓解率为94.5%,明显高于一般组85.4%,观察组治疗效果优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院时内皮功能、心率、发病次数组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后观察组NO、ET-水平以及心率、发病次数改善效果优于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗微血管性心绞痛时使用前列地尔注射剂,能有效提高治疗效果,患者疾病发作次数减少、症状明显缓解,同时血管内皮功能恢复良好。

Objective To. clinically observe the alprostadil injection in treatment of cardiac microvascular angina,incidence of disease and the improvement of symptoms. Methods 110 patients with angina pectoris cured in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the study objects.According to the random digital method,they were divided into general group and observation group with 55 cases in each.Patients in general group were treated with routine drug and following the doctor＇s advice,and patients in observation group were added alprostadil injection.Vascular endothelial function before and after treatment was detected.Disease and symptom improvement of patients before and after the treatment were recorded and compared.Curative effect was evaluated. Results The remission rate of the observation group was 94.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the general group（85.4%）,and curative effect of observation group was better（P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in endothelial function,heart rate and the number of patients during hospitalization（P 〉 O.05）.After treatment,the NO, ET- levels and heart rate,the number of times to improve the effect of observation group were better than those of general group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil injection in treatment of cardiac microvascular angina in clinic can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the number of patients with disease onset,and relieve the symptoms. At the same time,endothelial function recovers well.
