氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片在合并冠心病高血压患者中的临床应用价值,旨在为临床用药提供有效参考。方法选取2013年10月~2015年10月间本院接收的合并冠心病的72例高血压患者,参考随机双盲法将其随机分成实验组(n=36例)与参考组(n=36例)。实验组患者确诊后以氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片经口服用药治疗,参考组确诊后以阿托伐他汀钙片经口服用药治疗。两组均接受为期6个月的治疗,详细记录治疗前、后两组患者的血压(SBP、DBP)及血脂(TG、TC、LDL-C及HDL-C等)相关指标变化。结果治疗后实验组的DBP、SBP、TG、TC、LDL-C等指标均较治疗前与参考组显著更低,HDL-C显著更高(P<0.05)。结论高血压伴冠心病患者以氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗具有良好的疗效和安全性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application value fo amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, and to provide effective reference for clinical medication. Methods 72 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease cured in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 36 cases in each according to random double blind method. Patients in experimental group were treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets oral medicine treatment after the diagnosis. Patients in control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets oral medicine treatment after the diagnosis. The two groups were treated for a period of 6 months. The changes of blood pressure （SBP, DBP） and blood lipid （TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C） were recorded before and after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, DBP, SBP, TG, TC, LDL-C and other indicators in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment and the reference group, and HDL-C was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease has good curative effect and safety. It is worth spreading.
