面部白癜风患者社交焦虑和生活质量的初步临床调查

Preliminary Investigation on Social Anxiety and Quality of Life in Vitiligo Patients with Facial Involvement

目的：了解面部白癜风患者社交焦虑、抑郁及焦虑、生活质量情况及其相关因素。方法：采用社交焦虑量表（Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale,LSAS）,医院焦虑抑郁量表（Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HADS）,皮肤病生活质量指数（Dermatology Life Quality Index,DLQI）对37例面部白癜风患者（病例组）及37例健康人群（对照组）的社交焦虑、抑郁及焦虑、生活质量进行评估,并对评估结果及相关因素进行统计学分析。结果：病例组社交焦虑,抑郁及焦虑水平较对照组明显升高（P〈0.05）。病例组生活质量较对照组明显受损（P〈0.05）。社交焦虑及抑郁、焦虑水平与疾病严重度没有明显相关性（P〉0.05）。生活质量与社交焦虑及抑郁、焦虑水平呈负相关（P〈0.05）。生活质量与主观疾病严重度呈正相关（P〈0.05）,与客观疾病严重度无明显相关性（P〉0.05）。结论：面部白癜风患者较正常人群社交焦虑及抑郁、焦虑水平明显升高,生活质量明显受损。

Objective The objective of the study was to investigate the social anxiety, depression and anxiety, quality of life levels of vitiligo patients with facial involvement. Methods The Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, and the Dermatology Life Quality Index was conducted in 37 vitiligo with facial involvement and 37 age and sex-matched healthy control subjects to evaluate the levels of social anxiety, depression and anxiety, and quality of life in each group. The outcomes and related factors were analysed. Results Social anxiety, depression, and anxiety levels of vitiligo patients were significantly higher than healthy controls （P〈0.05）. Quality of life was impaired in patient groups （P〈0.05）. There was no correlation between social anxiety, depression, and anxiety levels and disease severity（P〉0.05）. Quality of life was negatively correlated with social anxiety, depression and anxiety levels in patient groups in our study（P〈0.05）. Quality of life was negatively correlated with subjective severity（P〈0.05） and was no correlation with objective severity（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Vitiligo with facial involvement had higher levels of social anxiety, depression and anxiety, compared with healthy control subjects.
