中医疗法联合ALA-PDT治疗重度痤疮疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with ALA-PDT in the Treatment of Severe Acne

目的：观察中医疗法联合ALA-PDT治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选取自2015年以来笔者科室收治的重度痤疮患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西药方法治疗,观察组采用中医疗法联合ALA-PDT治疗,治疗周期为2个月,使用Doshi痤疮综合分级系统对治疗前后患者症状进行评价,并以调查问卷的形式对患者治疗后的效果满意度进行评价,记录并作比较。结果：经过治疗,观察组和对照组患者的症状都有不同程度的改善,但观察组患者的症状改善程度显著优于对照组,且患者的满意度也较高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医疗法联合ALA-PDT治疗重度痤疮有很好疗效,可以显著提高患者的症状改善度,提高患者满意度,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ALA-PDT in the treatment of severe acne. Methods 100 cases of severe acne patients in our hospital since 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with each group of 50 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment, observation group were treated with TCM therapy combined with ALA-PDT treatment,the treatment period is 2 months,using the Doshi acne grading system to evaluate the symptoms before and after treatment,and in the form of a questionnaire to evaluate the effect of patients＇ satisfaction after treatment,record and make a comparison. Results After treatment, the observation group and the control group of patients with symptoms had improved to some extent,but the observation group of patients with symptoms was significantly better than the control group,and the patients in the treatment of satisfaction was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with ALA-PDT therapy in the treatment of severe acne has a very good effect,can significantly improve the degree of improvement of patients with symptoms,and improve patient satisfaction,it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
