养阴益肾方治疗女性迟发型痤疮疗效观察及对性激素的影响分析

Clinical Observation and the Effects of Sex Hormones of Treatment on Feminine Acne after Puberty by Yangyin Yishen Fang

目的：研究养阴益肾方治疗女性迟发型痤疮的疗效及对性激素的影响。方法：选取2014年7月-2016年6月在笔者科室就诊的女性迟发型痤疮患者60例,随机分为两组。观察组：30例,采用养阴益肾方（知柏消痤汤）治疗;对照组：30例,采用安体舒通片治疗。对比两组女性迟发型痤疮患者治疗8周后的临床疗效、性激素水平和皮损评分。结果：观察组患者的临床疗效、雌二醇（estradiol,E2）和睾酮（testosterone,T）水平、皮损评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组患者的促黄体生成素（luteotropic hormone,LH）、促卵泡生成素（follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH）、孕酮（progesterone,PRG）和泌乳素（prolactin,PRL）水平比较差异不明显（P〉0.05）。结论：养阴益肾方能够较好地改善女性迟发型痤疮患者的性激素水平和皮损情况,治疗效果显著,适合在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the effects of Yin-nourishing and heat-clearing therapy on Feminine Acne after Puberty and its effect on sex hormones. Methods 60 women were randomly divided into treatment groups（30 cases）and control grop（30 cases）,The patients were treated by dermatological department in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016.Among them,a group of patients with spironolactone tablets（control group）,the other group using the method of nourishing Yin and kidney （observation group）.The clinical efficacy, sex hormone level and skin lesion score of two groups of feminine acne after puberty were compared. Results The clinical efficacy, E： and T levels and skin lesion scores of feminine acne after puberty were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of LH, FSH, PRG and PRL were not significantly different between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The method of nourishing yin and kidney can improve the sex hormone level and skin lesion of feminine acne after puberty.The treatment effect is obviously and it is suitable for clinical application.
