护理干预对羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后暴露感染的预防作用

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Prevention of Exposure Infection after Hydroxyapatite Implantation Surgery

目的：探讨护理干预对羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后暴露感染的预防作用。方法：选取我院2013年4月-2016年4月收治的接受羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术治疗的患者53例（53眼）,随机将患者分为护理干预组（n=28）和常规护理组（n=25）。常规护理组患者接受常规护理,护理干预组患者接受常规护理联合护理干预,然后对两组患者的术后暴露感染发生情况、护理满意度进行统计分析。结果：护理干预组患者的术后暴露感染发生率7.1%（2/28）显著低于常规护理组16.0%（4/25,P〈0.05）,护理满意度96.4%（27/28）显著高于常规护理组88.0%（22/25,P〈0.05）。结论：护理干预对羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后暴露感染具有积极的预防作用,能够有效提升患者的护理满意度,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of nursing intervention on exposure infection after hydroxyapatite implantation surgery. Methods 53 cases of patients （53 eyes） accepted hydroxyapatite implantation surgery treatment admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected, they were randomly divided into nursing intervention group （n=28） and routine nursing group （n=25） two groups. The routine nursing group were given routine nursing, while the nursing intervention group were given routine nursing combined with nursing intervention, then of the incidence of exposure infection after surgery, nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of exposure infection after surgery of the nursing intervention group3.6% （1/28） was significantly lower than the routine nursing group 16.0% （4/25,P 〈0.05）, the nursing satisfaction 92% （27/28） was significantly higher than the routine nursing group 88.0% （22/25,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The preventive effect of nursing intervention on exposure infection after hydroxyapatite implantation surgery is positive, it can effectively improve the patients＇ satisfaction, so is worthy of promotion and use in the clinical.
