从法治看改革开放三十年的变迁

改革开放三十年来,我国的民主法治经历着巨大的历史变革。公平、公正、民主、平等理念深入人心,法治发展卓有成效。本文从法治出发,分析不同历史时期提出的不同治国方略,进而论证总结改革开放以来民主发展的进程,以其为今后的研究进行铺垫。

Three decades of reform and opening up,China's democracy and the rule of law in the history of going through tremendous change.Fairness,justice,democracy,equality,the concept of people,the development of effective rule of law.In this paper,the rule of law,the analysis of different historical periods of the different strategy for running the country,further argues that since the reform and opening summary of the process of democratic development,its research for the future set the stage.
