中国企业海外并购的文化整合问题研究

本文首先就中国企业目前海外投资的现状和海外并购的现状作出简要陈述,并提出并购中的文化整合问题,然后重点对中国企业海外并购的两个典型案例(TCL并购阿尔卡特、联想并购IBMPC业务)进行分析,找出他们失败和成功的原因,最后提出了一些文化整合的建议。

In this paper,the first overseas investment of Chinese enterprises of the current status and the status of overseas mergers and acquisitions to make a brief statement,and M & A cultural integration issues,and then focus on mergers and acquisitions of overseas Chinese enterprises two typical cases(TCL Alcatel acquisition,Lenovo's acquisition of IBM PC business) for analysis,to find out their reasons for failure and success,and finally put forward some recommendations of cultural integration.
