基于ITIL的医院信息服务管理流程的研究

随着网络技术的飞速发展和医疗行业信息化建设的深入,IT在医疗行业的应用越来越多,应用越来越复杂。医疗业务对IT的依赖性越来越高。医院信息部门的压力也越来越大。"管好网络,管好机房,管好应用"看起来很简单,做起来却很棘手。本文结合安庆市立医院实际,针对信息服务管理中存在的问题,进行了讨论,发表了自己的一些看法。
