提高农村教育质量 关键在于加强师资队伍建设

加强教师队伍建设,重视提高农村教师素质是十七届三中全会的一项重大决策,也是提高农村义务教育质量、全面推进国民素质教育、推动教育事业健康、持续、协调发展的关键。农村师资队伍目前存在着数量不足、结构不合理、素质不够高、工资待遇差、稳定性低等问题,需要从改革编制结构、完善保障体系、确保经费落实、开展培训工程、激发教师自我发展意识等方面入手来解决。
