摘要
当知识经济的浪潮席卷全球,人们所从事的工作也在知识经济浪潮的冲击下朝着越来越不确定和难于预知的方向发展。事实上,工作分析是理解工作本身的最佳方法,只要存在着工作,工作分析就不会过时。只是知识型工作相对于传统工作,在工作内容的确定性与重复性、工作的性质和基础、对技能的要求、职责边界、与周边关系的协调要点上都发生了变化,对工作分析本身和工作分析方法也提出了新的要求。
When the wave of the knowledge-based economy across the globe, the work people engaged is also developing towards the direction which is more and more uncertain and difficult. As a modern human resources management based on analysis of the work of an enormous challenge, when the knowledge-based work and knowledge workers of enterprise and sector are increasingly becoming the main value creation. And even whether a job analysis of the argument has become obsolete.
