高校园区学生党建工作存在的问题及对策

高校园区党建工作存在宣传力度不够,学生党组织工作职能不够明确,党员先进性发挥不明显,组织工作队伍不能完全适应基层组织工作需要等问题。笔者认为应加强宣传发动,强化园区党组织的吸引力和凝聚力,明确工作职能,健全工作机制,建立党员考评体系,加强队伍建设等。
