公司法人格否认制度是公司法律制度的重要组成部分,在我国起步较晚。本文就从公司法人格否认制度出发,继而介绍了公司法人格否认的司法确认。阐述了我国公司法人格否认的司法确认现状及其局限性。并针对这些局限性,提出了一些设想。
