摘要
1949年9月28日,中国人民政治协商会议第一届全体会议一致讨论通过了《中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领》,被称为新中国的大宪章,起到了临时宪法的作用。在《共同纲领》颁布60年之际,对其重新审视,予以反思,对我国当代的宪政建设不无启示。
On September 28th,1949,the First Plenary Session of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) discussed and adopted the Common Program of the CPPCC,which was known as the Great Charter of New China and played a role as the Provisional Constitution. On the 60th anniversary of the enactment of the Common Program,it would give edification on improving our constitutional government when we review and rethink this.
